Al has more than ten years of professional experience in the fitness industry, but has had a passion for achieving a high level of physical fitness as long as he can remember. Al has an exceptionally versatile training style, and has helped beginners and experienced athletes alike reach new levels of health and fitness.

 

 

Allan Prince
NASM- and NFPT-Certified Personal Trainer
Allan has over six years of personal training experience and three years as a manager of a personal training department. He has an excellent understanding of nutrition requirements for both the weight loss client and competitive athlete alike. Allan also teaches other personal trainers in preparation for various certification exams and is certified as a group fitness instructor.

 

 

Chris Kordis

Personal Training Manager, Club Co-Owner

Chris has been a professional fitness instructor for over 12 years. His sensitivity to the unique needs of those new to a fitness program comes from his own experience of having changed his life through improved health and nutrition. This experience, combined with Chris' motivational skills, makes him a highly-effective personal trainer.

 

 

Darleen Hutchins

IMX-Pilates NYC-Certified Pilates Instructor

Darleen has been practicing Pilates since 2004 and has been teaching private classes since early 2008. She also has experience with group mat classes, and semi-private classes. She believes that discipline, attitude, and hard work are the keys to success. She strives to instill that philosophy in all of her client relationships, and does so with a highly engaging style and manner.

 

 

George Pilibosian

General Manager, Club Co-Owner

George has over 18 years of business and management experience in the financial services industry. When he decided it was time to act on his desire to own a business, his love of exercise and fitness made the launch of Proper Form the perfect fit. George earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

 

 

  Judith Pardo, M.D.
ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer
Judy has practiced medicine for 24 years, both in private practice and as Attending Physician Ob-Gyn Triage at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami Beach, Florida from 2004 to 2009. She has trained friends and family members for years, yielding impressive results. Now a member of the professional fitness community, she specializes in helping women incorporate fitness into their daily lives for enhanced health and well being. Judy is also a member of the Healthy Transitions for Women training team.
 

Kathy Donatto

NASM-Certified Personal Trainer

Kathy has been helping clients get results for over six years and has earned a reputation as a highly-effective trainer. Her clients immediately realize that she is dedicated to helping them reach their goals and her friendly and upbeat personality rubs off on everyone in the room. Kathy also specializes in heart rate training in a resistance and cardio program.

 

 

Luis Bracamonte

CSCS-, NASM-, CES, IYCA-Certified Personal Trainer

Luis has had a successful athletic career in swimming representing the Peruvian National Team for 9 years, competing in several world class events such as the Pan American Games of Winnipeg, 1999. During his many years as a professional fitness instructor, he has been the Lead Trainer for the Spa at Trump In Chicago, and a Performance Coach for the Chicago Fire Major League Soccer team. His impressive level of knowledge and warm training style make him an extremely effective fitness instructor.

 

Mary Farley

IFPA-Certified Personal Trainer and Women's Fitness Specialist

Mary had been training clients for several years on her own time, until she decided to make it a full-time career in 2004. She has an outgoing personality, and her firm yet attentive training style has helped many clients reach their goals more quickly than they thought possible. In addition, Mary's thirst for knowledge keeps her up-to-date with the latest training techniques. Mary is also a member of the Healthy Transitions for Women training team.

 

Nick Shanstrom

NSCA- and CSCS-Certified Personal Trainer

Nick holds his B.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, and has many years of professional experience training professional athletes as well as groups of grade-school and high-school athletes. His level of energy and attention to detail make him an extremely effective trainer and coach.
